Policy Evaluation Webinar Series

The Safe States Alliance and CDC present the

"Policy Evaluation Webinar Series” – a three-part series.

Whether it’s an administrative policy, state law, or local ordinance, passing and implementing a policy is just the beginning. The next step is policy evaluation: determining whether a policy has achieved its intended objectives, understanding what effects can be attributed to the policy, and identifying whether any changes to the policy are needed. Policy evaluation is rarely simple or straightforward. The effectiveness of policies can be impacted by a variety of factors, including the political environment, availability of funding, the length of time the policy has been in place, and the degree to which the policy is enforced.
